Service Desk Support Engineer - Carlisle (Office based) - Up to £35,000

Nigel Frank have got a new opportunity to work with one of our clients who a leading IT Solution and Support Provider. My client are looking for a Service Desk Support Engineer for this role.

An ideal candidate for this role will have 1st -2nd Line Support Experiences, Azure Active Directory and MS O365 experiences.

This is an full-time office based role with a salary of up to £35,000, you will enjoy benefits including profit share scheme, enhanced pension plan, fitness allowance to pay for gym or sports club memberships, private health insurance and generous leave allowance.

Please note that this role does not offer sponsorships and it is a full time office based role.

Skills required

* Good understanding of Windows 10, Windows Server 2012/2016, O365, M365, legacy Microsoft Office, Microsoft Active Directory and Dynamics 365.
* Troubleshoot and resolve printing problems.
* Customer service experience
