Business Central Consultant Manager

The role:

My client is looking for a Consulting Manager who will lead a group of 8-10 consultants. Together with your colleagues you will drive the development of the consulting organization. Their consulting organization consists of project managers, business consultants and system developers who drive the implementations of the Business Central business system at medium-sized companies.



You also work closely with their sales organization to ensure competitive, qualitative and profitable project deliveries. One of your most important tasks is to contribute to creating well-being in the workplace and inspire your employees to develop in the right direction . You also contribute operationally by working closely with your employees as a project manager, business consultant or developer in customer projects. You report to the Service Director and are part of the Service management.



The role as consultant manager means: You are responsible for your group's deliveries regarding quality and profitability. You are responsible for maintaining and developing the skills of your employees so that the group has the right skills to be able to solve the deliveries. You have planning and invoicing responsibility for your consultants . You ensure good collaboration with other consulting groups and our sales organization. You also work as a responsible business owner for a number of customers where you nurture the collaboration together with consultants and sales personnel. You are involved in leading your group's improvement work, which is run according to the goal management model.



Who are you?

You have a few years of leadership experience in the IT consulting industry as a consultant manager or project manager. You have the ability to enthuse, inspire and develop your employees. You are open to and easily adopt new technology. You are well versed in the prerequisites for implementing modern cloud services and how to run agile projects with modern tools such as DevOps, Power Automate, and more. As a person, you are curious, service-minded, have a sales approach and want to develop as a leader.
