Junior CRM Support Analyst - £36,000
A London based organisation who specialise within the membership sector are looking for a Junior CRM Support Analyst to join their in-house tea.
As a Junior CRM Support Analyst you will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users across the business. You will be involved in training end users on the functionalities of D365 CE and helping with hardware issues.
The client are offering £36,000 and hybrid working where you would be required on site in London 3 days per week.
To apply, you should have:
* Strong product knowledge and practical experience working with D365 CE
* Experience providing end user support - both on D365 CE and hardware support
* Experience working with a ticketing system as well as directly with end users.
* Strong communication skills to provide end user training and convey technical information to non-technical audiences
