Dynamics CRM Support Consultant - Remote - �35,000

A Manchester based Consultancy are looking for a CRM Support Consultant to join their team.

You will work closely with end users to provide 1st and 2nd line support. You will be required to customise D365 CE and CRM to meet business needs and proactively maintain and improve the system to maximise functionality.

The client are offering a salary of �35,000 and remote working where you would only be required on site in Manchester 1 day per month. There is an opportunity to receive training which will see you progress into a Functional Consultant role within 12 months.

To apply, you should have:

* Extensive experience using Dynamics CRM and D365 CE.
* Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics CRM.
* Experience with producing documentation for training and projects.
* Confident with customising Dynamics CRM.
* Strong communication skills to gather requirements and train end users on the functionalities of the system.
