In this position, you will be challenged with difficult client problems that will require both your technical Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE skills and experience working in a client-facing role. Role & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for triaging and finding innovative solutions to a wide range of customers issues

  • Working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a support capacity

  • Liaising between non-technical customers and development teams

  • Showcase a wide range of Dynamics 365 CE skills while troubleshooting with clients on various projects

  • Maintain company values throughout client management

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 CE Online

  • Client management skills

  • Skills in supporting multiple major projects

  • Microsoft Dynamics certificates are preferred but not necessary

  • Knowledge in PowerPlatform & PowerAutomate is recommended
