Dynamics CRM Support Consultant - £45,000
A Birmingham based organisation who specialise in providing software solutions within the fuel distribution industry are looking for a CRM Support Consultant to join their team.
You will work closely with end users to provide 1st and 2nd line support. You will have experience working on a support desk where you are responsible for logging tickets to resolve issued on Dynamics CRM.
The client are offering a salary of £45,000 and hybrid working where you will be required on site in Birmingham 2 days per week.

* Extensive experience using Dynamics CRM and D365 CE.
* Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics CRM.
* Experience troubleshooting.
* Experience escalating issues when required.
* Strong communication skills to gather requirements and train end users on the functionalities of the system.
