Dynamics CRM Support Consultant - �30,000

An industry leading consultancy who are looking for a CRM Support Consultant. Our client are looking to expand their team due to a recent growth in up and coming projects.

You will work closely with clients to gather requirements and provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users. You will be required to customise and configure D365 CE and CRM to meet business needs and proactively maintain and improve the system to maximise the functionality.

The client are offering a salary of �35,000 and will provide training for you to progress into consultancy within 12 months.

To apply, you should have:

* Extensive experience using Dynamics CRM and D365 CE, versions 2016 and D365 CE are desirable.
* Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics CRM.
* Confident with customising and configuring Dynamics CRM.
* Experience with Power Platform is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills to gather requirements and train end users on the functionalities of the system.
