Dynamics CRM Support Consultant - Hybrid - End User - �45,000
An industry leading travel association are looking for a CRM Support Consultant o join their team.
You will work closely with end users to provide 1st and 2nd line support. You will be required to customise D365 CE and CRM to meet business needs and proactively maintain and improve the system to maximise functionality.
The client are offering a salary of �45,000 and have hybrid working where you would be expected on site in London 1-2 days per week.
To apply, you should have:
* Extensive experience using Dynamics CRM and D365 CE.
* Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics CRM.
* Experience with producing documentation for training and projects.
* Confident with customising Dynamics CRM.
* Strong communication skills to gather requirements and train end users on the functionalities of the system.
