Dynamics CRM Support Engineer - £45,000

A London based organisation who specialise within the travel industry are looking for a CRM Support Engineer to join their team.

You will have the opportunity to get involved in project work to implement new functionalities on Dynamics CRM. You will work closely with end users to provide 1st and 2nd line support and training on the system.

The client are offering a salary of £45,000 and hybrid working where you would be required on site in London 1-2 days per week.

To apply, you should have:

* Extensive experience using Dynamics CRM and D365 CE.
* Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics CRM.
* Experience with producing documentation for training and projects.
* Confident with customising Dynamics CRM.
* Strong communication skills to gather requirements and train end users on the functionalities of the system.
