Dynamics CRM Support Consultant - £38,000

A carbon neutral vehicle leasing specialist are looking for a CRM Support Consultant to join their team.

You will work closely with end users to provide 1st and 2nd line support on D365 CE. You will have experience in customising and configuring D365 CE to meet functional requirements while providing training on the system.

The client are offering a salary of £38,000 and hybrid working where you will be required on site 1-2 days per week.

To apply, you should have:

* Extensive experience using Dynamics CRM and D365 CE.
* Experience in providing 1st and 2nd line support on Dynamics CRM.
* Experience troubleshooting.
* Experience escalating issues when required.
* Strong communication skills to gather requirements and train end users on the functionalities of the system.
