Dynamics 365 BC Finance Specialist

Job Description

Actively seeking an enthusiastic functional analyst/ consultant, with skills across Dynamics 365 Business Central and financial business process, for a brilliant new role in the manufacturing sector. My client is a specialist in the production and delivery of a niche environmental product - supplying their product globally, and with a leading reputation in their field.

The company are in a period of technological growth, and have an array of projects planned surrounding their business critical Microsoft Dynamics solution. They wish to maximise their finance business processes and utilise the system functionality as beneficially as possible, so require an expert to join and help drive that change.

This role is home based, with the expectation of travel to client site where required - project phase dependent.

Role & Responsibilities

* End to end business process analysis within the financial/ accounting stream - understanding requirements, mapping processes, conducting workshops with key users
* Planning and executing effective change processes/ development projects within Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Project documentation, testing, key user training and supporting go-live phase
* Spearheading advancement in all areas of continuous improvement of how the company uses D365 BC for financial accounting
* Key stakeholder engagement across IT and wider business to ensure synergy of projects & strategic direction

Skills & Qualifications

* Proven experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV implementation and systems analysis
* End to end functional life cycle skills, from analysis & design through to go-live/ process improvement
* Strong financial/ accounting business process understanding, and a firm understanding of D365 BC/ NAV finance module
* Excellent communication/ stakeholder engagement skills
