Skills and experience required:

* Experienced Technical Business Analyst within a minimum of 3 years' experience
* Someone who understands databases, code, application / infra-architecture.
* A strong development background is essential for this role
* GIS experience is highly desirable
* System design, UI or UX design experience is advantageous.
* The ability to gather functional and non-functional requirements from internal and external clients, including how to create wireframes, modelling and diagrams.
