Microsoft D365 F&O Functional Finance Lead, Amsterdam / Home-Based, €130,000 - Brand New Opportunity!

One of our new clients, an award-winning IT solution and consulting company with a global presence, are actively searching for an experienced D365 F&O Functional Finance Lead to join their talented team and contribute to a growing D365 F&O project pipeline here in the Netherlands.

My client has build a strong reputation for excellent project delivery on both national and international enterprise-level projects, whilst maintaining a personal approach with their customers and truly valuing their employees.

As a D365 F&O Functional Finance Lead, you would have ownership over the whole record-to-result process, including the upkeep of the general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations and financial closing processes. You will ensure the compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and external regulations, whilst developing and applying standardised procedures and controls. In addition, you will identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements to streamline the record-to-result process and improve productivity

As a management position, you would be responsible in leading a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.

Successful candidates will have:

*

Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on record-to-result processes and financial reporting
*

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
*

Proficiency in financial systems and software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial reporting tools).
*

Strong leadership and team management abilities
*

Possession of the D365 Finance & Operations certifications is an advantage
*

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field
*

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
