Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Specialist, £50,000, Water treatment technology, D365 implementation, Migrating from legacy systems to D365, Sales & field service modules, Power Platform, Continuous improvement, Process mapping and re-engineering

An established Wirral based water treatment solution provider are looking for a D365 CE Specialist to join their inhouse IT team to take ownership and champion their recently implemented Dynamics platform. This is a hybrid role where ideally they are looking for some initial onsite time to integrate with key stakeholders then it will transition into a predominately home based role and is offering up to £50,000.

They are migrating from several legacy systems to D365, utilising the sales and field service modules as well as Power Platform, where you will jump onto project work when you start. When not working on projects, you will liaise with the userbase to map out and re-engineer business processes to automate and optimise functionality. You will be required to customise and configure their Dynamics platform as well as utilise Power Automate and build Model-Driven and Canvas Apps as part of your solutions. Reporting with Power BI will be part of the role though previous experience with Power BI is not essential as this can be trained by the IT Director if required.

The requirements are…

* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE
* Experience building Model-driven and Canvas Apps
* Skilled in customisation and configuration of D365 as well as experience using Power Automate
* Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous
* Experience proving support and training to users on D365
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - experienced gathering requirements
