Responsibilities:

Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, including data engineers, data analysts, and data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Azure Data Platform: Drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of a robust and scalable data platform utilizing Azure services, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, and others.

Data Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy, aligning with the overall business objectives, to ensure data integrity, availability, and security.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Azure data technologies, driving continuous improvement of the data architecture and processes.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Extensive experience in designing and implementing data solutions using Azure services.
* Proven leadership experience in managing data teams and delivering successful data projects.
* Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and data privacy practices.
* Familiarity with cloud migration strategies and best practices.
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
