Dynamics AX Support Analyst - London - c�40k

On behalf of a reputable PR & Communication organisation who are embarking on a digital transformation, streamlining their entities onto D365F&O seeking an enthusiastic Dynamics AX System Analyst.

This is a unique opportunity for a System Analyst looking to kickstart their Dynamics AX/F&O career as my client prides themselves with their fantastic training and development program to upskill you onto Microsoft's flagship product, Finance & Operations.

My client will consider candidates with 1 year Dynamics AX/F&O system experience and based in London as there will be office presence project dependent.

Responsibilities

* 1st/2nd line support for all ERP (D365 - Finance and Operations)
* Maintain the system and deliver troubleshooting and solution issues
* Resolve, assign tickets, and support incidents
* Provide daily system checks, providing supporting and training to users

Desirable skillset

* At least 1 year experience supporting Dynamics AX/F&O; maintaining, troubleshooting, resolving tickets
* Demonstrable experience in a similar position providing 1st line support
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
