Support Engineer (Dynamics NAV/D365 BC, SQL/SQL Server, Transform), Fully home based role UK wide, �38,000 + 7.5% bonus, 2nd line support

A global provider of education software are looking for a Support Engineer to join their UK support team to support their EMEA customers and internal users. The role is fully home based in the UK with a salary of �38,000 with a 7.5% annual bonus. The role has came about due to an internal promotion within the IT team, you'll work alongside another support engineer reporting into the UK IT Director.

Due to several acquisitions within the last 18 months, the organisation are currently migrating from several legacy systems into a centralised Dynamics 365 Business Central System which is integrated with Transform. D365 BC and Transform will be the main applications supported as well as working in a SQL Server environment where ideally you will have knowledge of scripting and querying data with SQL. Knowledge of Transform is not essential coming into this role, they are looking for the right attitude and happy to teach the product knowledge. Beyond these applications the organisation are also using various Azure technologies and Salesforce which you will periodically touch on, though in depth knowledge isn't required.

* Knowledge of Transform is advantageous though not essential
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in a support environment
