A European leading consulting company in digital transformation is seeking a driven individual to assume a leading role in Business Applications ERP. The company, located in Gothenburg and Malm�, has been named one of Sweden's Best Workplaces two years in a row by Great Place to Work and has received the Career Company award several times. The individual will be part of the management team for the Business Applications ERP unit and will be responsible for establishing and developing the business in Gothenburg and Malm�. The role involves responsibilities in recruitment, sales, and leading and inspiring the team, as well as serving as a consultant to customers. The company helps customers with their digital transformation using Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Finance & Operations, by configuring, developing, leading change, and training.

The ideal candidate has a relevant academic education or equivalent and good experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central. They have great self-motivation and enjoy sharing their knowledge. Experience in leading roles such as team lead, tech lead, or project manager is highly desirable. Fluent language skills in Swedish and English are also required.
