D365 F&O System Owner - Copenhagen

I am working with an international logistics company in Copenhagen who are looking for to add a specialist within D365 F&O to act as their new system owner. They are in the process of rolling out F&O across the organisation with the goal of having one standardised finance system across their 40+ countries.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the global and local teams in hitting their financial results, improving operations and achieving business goals. You will take ownership of running, developing and controlling their ERP across the organisation.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Developing and maintaining system requirements, processes and procedures to support the finance organisation
* Developing training programmes and training of end users
* Developing and maintaining system documentation and work flow processes
* Acting as a key liaison with the IT department on system stability and maintenance
* Critically assessing and challenging current finance service delivery methods in order to identify improvements to processes
* Supporting country implementations
* Issue analysis and resolution guidance / implementation
* D365 upgrades/release implementation
* Lead the global end user community and Change Advisory Board

What you need:

* Experience working within the field of financial and business ERP's ideally D365 F&O
* Experience in complex financial reporting preferably coupled with strong knowledge of
* financial systems and processes
* Experience in working with business improvement or transformation projects
* Experience working in a global matrix organisation with many senior stakeholders
* Fluent in English (Danish is beneficial)
