Research Analyst

A well-established organisation in Epsom are recruiting for a Research Analyst to join their Customer Experience and Insight team, as they look to become increasingly data driven.

This is a permanent role, where you will be required to spend 3 days per week in their Epsom office, and can spend the remaining time working from home.

This role is all about generating data and insight centred around the customer experience in various ways, that can be used to inform business decision making and bring about actionable change.

A core focus of your role will be taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of their customer communities, and conducting research via specialist polls, surveys and focus groups to better understand the quality of the service that their customers are receiving. You will then analyse this data, draw insights, and make recommendations on what can be done to improve the customer experience based on your findings.

We are looking for a highly-organised individual with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, who is looking for an opportunity to take real responsibility for research activities that will be critical to the future success of this organisation.

Requirements:

* Experience in some form of "research" role e.g. running surveys, polls, user groups etc.
* A love for data, and some skills with tools such as Excel or Power BI
* Strong communication and stakeholder management
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Benefits:

* Salary of up to £40,000 depending on level of experience
