Job Description
The technical administration of the MS Dynamics.
To maintain and enhance appropriate and effective interface of companies connect with business systems across the companies group including Sharepoint, Power platform, Digits etc.
Role & Responsibilities
* Responding to 2nd line internal and external troubleshooting support needs.
* Administration of users and security roles.
* Implementation and administration of workflows/Power Automate Flows, the addition of views, forms, fields and entities.
* Implementation and administration of bulk data processes.
* Be creative and have autonomy to improve the system.
Skills & Qualifications
* Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM
* Working technical knowledge of relational database systems such as SQL , Salesforce and etc.
* Advanced knowledge of reporting/analytical tools provided by native Relational Database systems, or external tools such as PowerBi, Crystal Reports, Powerbuilder etc.
* Working technical knowledge of the MS Office 365 suite.
* Working knowledge of data protection/GDPR law.
* Experience in customised & configuration D365 CE/CRM
