1st Line Cloud Support Technician - Training Provided

I am on the lookout for a junior cloud support technician with a passion for the cloud with a keen interest in developing cloud technology knowledge.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced 1st line cloud technician to learn and progress in their. My client hold multiple Microsoft Gold accreditation's and are one of few that are recognised by Microsoft as an 'Azure Specialist for ISV' and Cloud Solution Provider (CSP).

The prime focus is to actively work on cutting edge cloud technology to primarily support external clients, along with supporting customers with 1st line support . You will be working closely as part of an established team that will guide you in the ways of the cloud. To further ensure your success you will benefit from a paid training program.

This is a full time permanent salaried role, after probation you'll receive regular salary reviews and a flexible working environment. Roles & Responsibilities

* Passion for a career in IT willing to learn
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT incident within a 1st line capacity
* Support customers by escalation for Acronis Cloud and other vendors
* Pick up the phone in a polite and confident manner.
* Have a can-do attitude

Skills required

* Experience in supporting Acronis Cloud.
* Experience in supporting Microsoft Cloud Technologies.
* Preferred if you have completed the Acronis Certified Engineer Exam for Acronis Cyber Cloud Backup.
