CRM Project Manager - D365 (Geneva)

Reporting to the head of Business Applications, the person is responsible of the overall CRM applications landscape. He/she will enhance overall efficiency of sales and marketing business processes.



Tasks

1 Establish and maintain a close relationship with Business by acting as an Account Manager for the function,
2 Facilitate the collaboration between relevant groups and stakeholders,
3 Gather business requirements, needs, ideas, initiatives from business teams and convert them into potential projects and to initiate a change,
4 Make the functional and technical impacts analysis,
5 Make the overall project delivery happening, manage planning, risk and cost,
6 Manage and collaborate with external suppliers,
7 Collaborate with support team to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
8 Pro-actively recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes.



Profile

* University degree in IT or equivalent
* A proven track record on various implementations (ERP, CRM..)
* Experience with Microsoft D365CE and overall the Microsoft landscape of solutions
* Excellent sales and marketing understanding associated to leadership to encourage the stakeholders users to redesign our processes by implementing best practice
* Multinational experience
* English fluent, French is a nice +
