Dynamics CRM / D365 CE Support Specialist, Amsterdam / Home-Based, €5,000 p/m - Brand New Opportunity!

A award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner who are expanding their presence across the Netherlands and internationally, is actively searching for a talented Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 Customer Engagement Support Specialist to join their experienced team.

Reporting directly into the Power Platform & D365 CE Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive application support to their Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE customers that operate across a variety of industry sectors. You will ensure the smooth on-boarding of customers within support, ensure adequate handling of customer questions, and provide an outstanding customer experience!

Successful candidates will have:

* Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or D365 Customer Engagement
* At least 3 years of recent working experience in an Application Support or Service Desk position
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team
* Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
* HBO/WO working and thinking level
