A large global travel organisation are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Business Analyst to join their growing Technology Department, and support their various brands and technical teams in delivering great data solutions.

They are based in Central London and are operating a hybrid working model - in this role you will be required to spend 2-3 days per week in their Central London office with your team, and can spend the remaining time working from home. They pride themselves on their flexible approach to work, and will consider part-time as well as full-time candidates in keeping with their people-centric values.

You will work on business & systems analysis for larger projects, as well as working in a Product Ownership capacity, managing backlogs and enhancements for specific business areas. One example is looking at onboarding new business areas into their Data Ecosystem so that data is available to be used in global reporting dashboards. Another is taking ownership of their ETL product backlog, and performing systems analysis to refine integration requirements and improve efficiency. You will become an SME in your areas of responsibility, and will work with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Generally speaking, you will provide BA expertise for multi-brand projects, working across various complex systems and datasets. This role would be well-suited to a Business Analyst or Product Owner with a keen problem-solving mindset and background in Data, who is excited about the opportunity to bring real change to a growing business.

Requirements:

* Significant experience in Business Analyst and/or Product Owner roles
* Analytical data skills - including data lineage, data mapping, process mapping
* Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
* Clear passion and enthusiasm for your work
