The Company

I have recently begun working with a fantastic Gothenburg-based tech consultancy who are looking for .NET developers to help keep up with demand for their services. This company is a leading provider of Microsoft-Based Solutions and exclusively work on long-term projects and team deliveries thanks to their excellent relationships with long-standing clients of theirs. They are a Microsoft Gold Partner in multiple areas (.NET, Cloud, DevOps, Modern SPA frameworks, Optimizely, eCommerce) giving them access to some of the most modern tech and forward-thinking projects in Sweden, as well as Microsoft's beta programs which would allow you to try cutting-edge tech before its release.

Requirements

* C#, .NETCore, .NET 5/6
* Javascript

The following are not requirements per se, but experience with these technologies would certainly benefit your application. Commonly-used technologies in our client's projects include:

* React, Angular
* Azure, AWS
* DevOps, Kubernetes,
* Umbraco, Optimizely

The Role

You'd be primarily working in-house with our client, with only 10% of their projects done at customer sites. They are trusted by their clients to deliver from their own office, leading to a fantastic in-house culture with a close-knit team of developers that'd you'd quickly integrate into.

You'd be involved in your chosen project's design, development and implementation - consultants with our client pick and choose which projects they'll work on. This would give you the freedom to specialize in your chosen field, go down an architect/project manager route, or work with lots of different exciting tech to expand your knowledge and experience.

To be successful in this role you'd need to be able to work effectively as part of a cohesive unit, pitching in with ideas and contributing to the team continuing to come up with innovative ideas to serve the needs of their customers. You'll also need to be comfortable interacting with clients, building rapport with them and gathering as comprehensive a picture as possible of what they might require.
