Senior/ Lead Developer, Remote, £65-80K



We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join our business. Someone who is experienced in Scala or Java ideally, if not, would be open to being cross-trained into these technologies. As the chosen software developer, you will become accustomed to a variety of interesting work, new challenges monthly and the opportunity grasp new technologies.



Developers in our teams are highly collaborative, supported, helping each other to stay sharp on their technologies and come up with new ideas which they can share with the business/ client in question. We are looking for someone who can fit in with the culture, which is keen to learn and get hands-on with work. Ambition is also a plus and you will be rewarded with avenues to grow you career dependent on what direction you are looking to build in.



This a Consultancy based client and therefore will face a variety of challenges, different work, industries and tools dependent on the project.





Must have:

* Proficient full stack software development experience
* 4+ years' experience using Scala or Java experience
* Test Driven Development experience (TDD)
* Understanding of Pair Programming



Nice to have:

* Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
* .NET language
