Internal D.365 CRM Application Specialist - Copenhagen

I'm working with a Scandinavian-wide end user with headquarters in Copenhagen, who are are in the early phases of a migration from D.365 CRM on-premise to a modern cloud-based D.365 CE solution. To do this, they need someone competent in both functional and technical tasks with experience on previous D.365 CRM/CE upgrades.

Position Overview:
My client is looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Specialist to help optimise and enhance the CRM system, and play an active role in the future upgrade. In this role, you will play a key part in managing, customising, and maintaining the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that the organisation effectively manages customer interactions, sales, and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet the unique needs of our organisation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define CRM requirements and implement solutions.
* Develop and maintain workflows, processes, and automations to streamline business operations.
* Provide technical support and training to end-users on the CRM system.
* Ensure data integrity and security within the CRM.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants as needed.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in implementing and customising Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
* Experience in C#/.NET development
* Proficiency in configuring and customising CRM forms, entities, workflows, and reports.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CE will be a plus.
