Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join the leading MS Gold Partner at a time of rapid growth and success and make a real difference on significant long-term projects.

The Consultant role will require a strong consultancy background and the ability to design solutions by mapping and challenging customer requirements in order to deliver end-to-end business applications and functions. They will also be capable of engaging in senior level business decision maker discussions related to agility, business value, and business processes.

Duties will include:

* Leading or participating in business discovery and requirements sessions with key stakeholders, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system
* Analyse the client's business, developing an understanding of their business objectives, and identify efficient ways CRM will add value to their business
* Generate estimates for implementation tasks
* Assist the PMO team with Planning and executing the implementation of CRM, providing regular progress updates to the client
* Configuration and Customisation of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
* Conduct solution testing and assist the client with user acceptance testing
* Proactively lead with best practices throughout the system implementation
* Inspire and guide new and existing clients on the integration and use of CRM and CRM updates
* Plan and execute data migration activities including the build of data migration profiles
* Run training workshops to introduce CRM to employees on client sites

Skills & Qualifications

* Able to conduct client-facing work including workshops, presentations, end user training and contribute in meetings
* The ability to translate customer requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
* A good working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform, and underlying data structures
* Experience of participating in customer workshops, and the requirements capture process
* The ability to work well under pressure, both as part of the team and on own initiative
* The ability to manage their workload and time according to deadlines set. Resourceful, energetic and enthusiastic
* Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and interface with business and technology partners
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral - listen, understand, present and challenge
* Strong planning and organisation skills
* Strong problem-solving skills, able to bring a point of view, perspective and clarity to client challenges
* Commercial awareness: ability to spot opportunities for us to help clients
* Microsoft Customer Engagement Dynamics 365 Associate status
