MS Gold Partner - Up to £65k

This well-established MS Gold Partner are growing their Strategy and Change team, and are looking for a Change Management & Adoption Consultant with specialist knowledge in Microsoft 365. The role will be focusing on user adoption, helping to demonstrate Microsoft 365 and its potential business value to their customers. This role is sitting within the Strategy & Change Team reporting into their Practice Lead who moved had over 8 years previously working directly for Microsoft.

They work with high profile customers and well known names within the financial, retail, Aviation and hospitality sectors. It's a privately run business so they have complete control on how they do things and deliver on projects so the role will offer a lot of autonomy.

Essential skills:

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
* Able to demonstrate Microsoft 365 and its potential business value
* Confident leading C-level customer conversations
* Change Management & Adoption strategy experience

Nice to have:

* Industry related certifications; PROSCI, APMG etc



They are offering a salary of up to £85k based on experience for a lead position within the business.
