My client is a boutique consultancy house with offices in Copenhagen and across Jutland, specialising in providing innovative business solutions to clients across industries. Their team of experts is dedicated to helping organisations optimise their processes, enhance customer experiences, and achieve their strategic goals through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and other cutting-edge technologies.



Responsibilities:

As a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in understanding our clients' unique business needs and translating them into effective solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform. Your responsibilities will include:

1 Collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and design CRM solutions to meet their specific needs.
2 Configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE applications, including entities, workflows, business rules, and plugins, to enhance functionality and user experience.
3 Integrating third-party applications and tools with Dynamics 365 CE to extend the platform's capabilities and deliver comprehensive solutions.
4 Providing expert guidance and support to clients during the implementation, testing, and deployment phases of CRM projects.
5 Conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilisation of the Dynamics 365 CE platform.
6 Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and Microsoft updates to continually enhance your expertise and deliver best-in-class solutions.

Requirements:

1 Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant, with a strong track record of successful CRM implementations and projects.
2 In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, including configuration, customisation, and integration capabilities.
3 Proficiency in understanding and analysing business processes and translating them into technical CRM solutions.
4 Familiarity with common development languages and tools used in the Dynamics 365 CE ecosystem.
5 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with clients at all levels.
6 Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CE or related Microsoft technologies will be a plus.
