Director of Technology Operations - London - c�110k

I am entrusted by a multi-national retail organisation in the midst of a large scale digital transformation, whereby they are concentrating heavily on operational strategic change and seeking a Director of Technology Operations to drive, set and execute this.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of their business taking full strategic ownership and be accountable for the development and delivery of all their Technology Service portfolio whilst managing and bringing a motivated and enthusiastic team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of Technology Strategy development across Business Applications (D365F&O, D365CE), IT Infrastructure and Architecture and happy to travel to their London office when expected.

Responsibilities

* Define my clients Technology Operations Strategy, design and implementing processes and procedures including service delivery/transition and release/capacity/problem
* Lead and provide direction to a large, highly technical team that supports complex environments
* Lead multiple transformation activities to ensure completion of BAU projects and maintain BAU services



Desirable Skillset

* Proven track record of Technology Strategy development, delivery and execution
* Experience leading transformational change programmes, D365F&O is desirable
* Extensive senior leadership experience managing over 100 sites/ organisations whilst leading a substantial team
* Retail experience is desirable mut not expected
