Our client is in search of a seasoned and enthusiastic Technical Lead to lead their esteemed platform teams at their Oslo office.

Your Responsibilities:



* Ensure adherence to our overarching platform architecture across product teams.
* Shoulder the unique role of planning and executing requirements from diverse stakeholders.
* Foster productivity within technical teams and mentor team members, including onboarding new talents.
* Prepare technical implementations by breaking down architecture into actionable tasks, delegating them based on team skillsets.
* Serve as an advocate and exemplar of World-class Software Engineering practices within Veracity.
* Possess a hands-on understanding of the competencies required within the team to tackle tasks effectively.



What We're Seeking:



* 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
* Hands-on expertise with Azure cloud and Azure DevOps.
* Strong proficiency in web application development on the Microsoft .NET framework.
* Capability to work on both front-end and back-end aspects of applications.
* Solid experience with ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, and C#.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and common JS libraries.
* A deep understanding of object-oriented design principles and patterns.
* Familiarity with SQL Server and database design.
* An awareness of the balance between usability and security concerns.
* Experience in design is a valuable asset.



Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Include:



* Collaborating with the team to architect new features and guide them towards becoming business-critical solutions.
* Designing and developing applications where data plays a central role.
* Implementing a robust set of services and APIs to power our applications.
* Crafting reusable code and libraries for future utilization.
* Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Staying current with the latest technology trends and sharing and discussing these advancements within a network of like-minded peers.
* Working within an agile, cross-functional team committed to delivering customer value.
* Working closely with the technical and commercial experts to grasp the problems at hand and devise optimal solutions.
* Engaging in all phases of development, from idea generation to witnessing your solutions in action.
