Role and Responsibilities: As our M365 and Power Platform Sales Consultant you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and establishing our brand in the Norwegian market. Your responsibilities will include:

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions among businesses of all sizes across Norway

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their goals

Consultative Selling: Serve as a trusted advisor to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our consultancy's services

Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a consistent sales pipeline, from prospecting to deal closure, while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to refine our sales approach.
What They Are Looking For:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Microsoft technology space
* Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and related cloud solutions
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and results-driven attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Fluency in Norwegian and English
