Power BI Analyst

An award-winning property management company are looking for a Power BI professional to join their Performance & Insight Team. Please note that this role is largely home based, but you will be expected to travel to their Worcester and Luton offices around once every 2-4 weeks - you could be asked to come to either office for 1-2-1s or stakeholder meetings, so need to be able to travel to either.

It's a really exciting time to join this organisation on journey to become truly insight-driven, using data to improve their customer and employee experience. They are striving to use Power BI to it's fullest potential, and have recently built an Azure Data Warehouse!

The focus of this role will be working with stakeholders to understand and develop metrics that deliver insight to the business - in doing so, you will develop reports, KPI scorecards and dashboards using Power BI.

They are looking for a driven individual with self-starter mentality, who is able to go beyond simply producing reports like a traditional analyst might - you will need to be able to pro-actively identify process gaps and take action to really improve the way that data is handled and utilised across the organisation!

Requirements:

* Strong experience developing end-to-end dashboards in Power BI
* Experience with DAX, Excel and Power Query
* Any additional experience with Power Apps or Automate would be beneficial
* Any experience with Azure would be beneficial but not essential
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
