My client are an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner based in Basildon, and they are looking for a support engineer ready to take the next step in their career.

This Field Engineer role will involve delivering support to their clients on-site. The prime focus is to actively monitor and maintain Office 365, Azure and network devices, while proposing and delivering enhancements to the environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

*

Managing Microsoft 365 & Azure AD in an enterprise environment
*

Troubleshoot and resolve IT incident within a 1st and 2nd line capacity
*

Perform proactive maintenance on all infrastructure devices to ensure all devices are secure, up-to-date and patched
*

Provide 2nd Line IT Support to resolve IT tickets pro-actively to meet SLA's

Requirements for this role

*

1st or 2nd Line experience
*

Office 365 support
*

Windows Server
*

A FULL UK driving license
