Job Description

The CRM Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, customisation and configuration of MS Dynamics. The role will be the go-to person for users, and an advocate for CRM within the organisation and how it is used. The role is responsible for data quality and maintaining a clean, accurate database.

Role & Responsibilities

* Ensure that the data in the CRM is correct.
* Work with the organisation as a system champion; train people to ensure CRM is understood by new and existing users; help the system grow and evolve.
* Provide support and training for people in data entry and basic management.
* Field support requests; answering the questions or handing over to the supplier help-desk and working with them through to resolution
* Administer configuration changes, once approved, and evaluate more complex changes/projects to assess if it is valuable to develop the solution with the supplier
* Take responsibility for changes to: dashboards, views, business processes, workflows and dialog, templates, reports, fields and forms.
* Responding to first line internal troubleshooting support needs.
* Ensure data security and protection is maintained at all times in line with GDPR and the Association's policies.

Skills & Qualifications

* Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics.
* Working technical knowledge of relational database systems such as Oracle, SQL etc.
* Advanced knowledge of reporting/analytical tools provided by native Relational Database systems, or external tools Power Automate, Crystal Reports, Powerbuilder etc.
* Working technical knowledge of the MS Office 365 suite.
* Working knowledge of data protection/GDPR law.
* Ability to work with people of varying technical skills.
