Lead Data Analyst - Oslo

We are looking for an experienced data analyst to lead a growing team within a data & analytics department!

Based in-house, you will be part of a dedicated division consisting of 20+ professionals within data engineering, analytics and BI who create modern solutions which help small and medium sized organisations across Norway

You will also assist in delivering key insights to stakeholders across the business to add further value

We are searching for you who wishes to be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions alongside leading a team working with new and modern data technologies, bringing new initiatives and guiding others around you!

We are looking for you to bring:

* Higher education in an IT, Business, or Engineering related subject
* 4+ years of experience within BI / Data Analytics
* Experience with data mining, preparation, statistical analysis, and/or predictive analytics
* Experience with ETL
* Experience working with modern Microsoft technologies such as Power BI and Azure
* Prior experience in a senior or leading role where you have been responsible for the mentoring of others
* Experience working with internal or external stakeholders to gather requirements and formulate strategies
