Business Developer Dynamics 365

One of our clients is an international Non-Profit who is based in the Centre of Amsterdam and has 4 offices on 3 continents. They have doubled in size over the last 10 years purely off organic growth and are in an extremely solid position to face economic pressure. This End-User has expressed their need for a Business Developer in Dynamics CE/CRM. They have just gone live with their D365 Unified Operations and D365 Customer Engagement system.

Responsibilities

*

Be the strategic adviser for the commercial departments on developments within Dynamics 365 and challenge them on the opportunities within the system.
*

Be responsible, together with the key users in Commerce, for the optimisation of the usage of Dynamics 365, including the first step of making sure that the system is adapted properly.
*

Define the (process) improvements seen from a business perspective and translate the business needs into IT requirements together with the in-house Functional Application Manager Dynamics 365
*

Connect all the tooling within our digital landscape: the corporate website, the web shop, the mobile news app, Share-Point and Confluence, while making sure that we have one integrated digital landscape
*

Be the counter partner for the in-house Functional Application Manager Dynamics 365 and be the linking pin between the business needs and realisation together with the Functional Application Manager Dynamics 365.
*

Work in close cooperation with our key users and motivate, train and support them in the use of Dynamics 365, while also acting as a trainer to other stakeholders within the organisation.



Profile

*

Is an expert in Dynamics CE and also has knowledge of Dynamics UO
*

Can translate business needs into requirements for Dynamics 365 and ensure that the application is fully utilised in the coming years
*

Can answer all the questions from the key users
*

Has an above-average interest in the developments in Dynamics 365

Requirements

*

At least 10 year's experience working in a commercial field, marketing, with an interest in technology
*

Master's degree in business administration or related studies
*

Stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage, prioritise and track requirements and translate these into business opportunities
*

Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and to adapt communications to different internal audiences.
*

In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CE
*

Tech savvy, with a high level of interest in digital processes and applications
*

Proactive and resilient
*

Experience in participating in an Agile project methodology



Salary and benefits

*

We offer a full-time position with a salary of between €5,000 and €5,500 gross per month.
*

Pension free of premium 8% holiday pay
*

Flexibility with a 44% personal budget (individual choice to buy up to 13 days extra paid holiday per year or receive an end-of-year bonus)
