Data Engineer- London- Up to £60K

I am looking for a Data Engineer to join an exciting Client of mine. You will be there to support the Data Engineering Manager in migrating their on-premise data warehouse to a cloud platform, ensuring the highest development standards are established across the end to end environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Build data pipelines using Azure data factory for data ingestion.

Facilitate data integration, data conformity, data integrity and ensure data structures are designed for flexibility to support future business needs and enhancements.

Ensure that data transformations are well documented and follow best practices and are understood by developers and analysts'

Skills & Qualifications

Strong technical expertise using SQL Server (SSIS, SSMS)

Experience delivering a data warehouse solution

A strong understanding of SQL Azure principals (Azure Data Factory, Synapse)

Understanding of Agile methodologies

Python experience desirable

Good knowledge of Azure DevOps Pipelines and/or other tools for CI/CD
