The Role: As their Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technological vision and strategy of their organization. You will lead a talented team of developers, engineers, and innovators.

Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy and Innovation:

* Define and drive the technology roadmap, aligning it with the organization's vision and goals.
* Research and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure their product remains cutting-edge and competitive.

Product Development:

* Oversee the development and enhancement of their product using .NET Core 7 and React
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that harness population movement for electricity generation.

Team Leadership:

* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and build a technology team.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the organization's success.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

* Work closely with other departments to align technological initiatives with organizational objectives and user needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of their product within the urban landscape.

Sustainability Advocacy:

* Act as a technology ambassador, promoting sustainability and the eco-friendly initiatives of their organization within the industry.

Qualifications:

* Strong experience in leading and managing technology teams, ideally in a startup or innovative environment.
* Proficiency in .NET Core 7, Cloud (azure), React
* A deep understanding of renewable energy technologies and their applications in urban environments.
* Demonstrated success in delivering complex, innovative, and scalable software products.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
