The Role:
The chosen D365 CE and Power Platform Consultant will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions for clients. Leveraging expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, they will empower clients to optimise their processes, elevate customer experiences, and drive overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engaging directly with clients to gain insights into their unique needs and business processes.
* Designing and configuring D365 CE and Power Platform solutions tailored to each client's specific requirements.
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of integrated solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Providing hands-on support, training, and documentation to ensure seamless adoption of implemented solutions.
* Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements to continually enhance the consultancy's offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Substantial experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
* Proficiency in configuring and customising D365 CE entities, workflows, and business processes.
* A strong understanding of Power Apps canvas and model-driven apps.
* Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
