Lead Data Analyst - Tableau & Databricks - Remote

A large software provider are looking for a Lead Data Analyst with skills in Tableau, SQL, Python and experience in a Databricks (or similar e.g. Snowflake) environment, to join their Analytics team on a remote basis.

In this role you will oversee 4 other Analysts, working together to create data-driven product metrics, and report these using compelling visual, numerical and written summaries. You will strive to develop the technical skills of your team, providing them with support and guidance, and establishing high technical standards.

You will also work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to make recommendations for data gathering techniques that will improve the efficacy of machine learning models and other analytical systems.

Generally, you will strive to promote a knowledge-sharing culture both within your team and across the wider organisation, and become a trusted partner of all your stakeholders.

This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced Analyst to take the next step in their career, and drive forward this organisation's Analytics portfolio in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Requirements:

* Strong Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server development skills
* Good ability to write SQL queries to import data in Tableau from Databricks (or similar e.g. Snowflake)
* Good experience with Python, R, or an equivalent data science programming language
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Benefits:

* Salary of up to around £65,000 depending on experience
