Application Support Analyst



My client is looking for an analytical and self-starting Application Support Analyst to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a keen problem solver and enjoys working in a close-knit team in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities will include

* Leading Office365 projects - managing and making any improvements required
* Training towards gaining a detailed knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central
* Working closely with the IT Manager on any upgrade projects, taking on any ad-hoc duties
* Liaise with key users/stakeholders within the business, to understand and solve any system issues, providing suitable solutions

My client is looking for a candidate who can offer

* Experience with MS Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central - desirable, any other ERP experience will be considered
* 2+ years 1st/2nd line support experience
* Office365, MS Excel, Windows Server experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
