Internal Data Platform Architect - Copenhagen:

I have a client who is looking for their next MVP!

We are about to embark on their biggest data journey yet, they have the blueprint being their current data warehouse. Their plan is ambitious which means they need someone who is ready to take on the challenge!

You will play a crucial role in all phases of the project, by stepping in at the very beginning it will give you a brilliant platform to use your experiences to bring in 'out of the box' thinking. They are ready to learn how their new platform can expand on their business and improve their data practices.

Working in asset management and credit risk means they handle huge amount of data on a daily basis, in addition, there is a key need to use data validation processes to make sure everything in an accordance with external bodies like the FCA.

You will be joining an international workforce with a keen ambition to evolve their business by adopting a genuine data driven mindset.



The Journey:

* Design, build and maintain a new Data Warehouse solution using SQL
* Full responsibility from ETL to Front-End reporting
* Develop and implement strategies for collecting, analysing, and leveraging Data from different sources
* Manage the reporting output from the Data Warehouse solution with PowerBI
* Collaborate with various departments to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
* Work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of the project
* Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the Data Warehouse solution
* Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures
* Provide technical expertise and support to others as needed

Desired Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* Strong knowledge of databases and Data Warehouse solutions
* Experience from the financial domain is preferred
* Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Eagerness to learn and understand the data
