Power BI Report Developer



I am working with an award-winning organisation who provide consulting advice to other businesses on their energy usage. The data that this organisation uses is central to everything that they do and they use it to deliver valuable insights to its partners to help them make informed decisions around their energy costs and usage. The data team will validate and record data accurately, using this data to provide recommendations to clients that will provide value to them. These recommendations will not only be based on reducing costs but will also consider the impact on the environment.



As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas



* Extract data from various data sources and create a variety of Power BI reports
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
* Develop DAX calculations which are accurate and function with large datasets
* Present reports and insights that match initial requirements back to stakeholders
* Once Power BI reports have been published, maintain the reporting suite ensuring that they are updated regularly as required



This is a salaried role paying up to �40,000 per annum depending on experience. The role is a hybrid opportunity with 2 days working in the organisations Berkshire office and the remaining time working remotely. There is also a company benefits package on offer which includes holiday allowance and company pension scheme alongside others benefits.



To be successful in the role you will have

* Experience creating reports using Power BI
* Strong experience creating DAX calculations
* Strong communication skills and previous experience engaging with stakeholders at different business levels
* An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Experience with Dynamics would be beneficial
