Senior .NET Developer - Stockholm

Are you a technically driven and experienced .NET developer who is looking to focus on the backend?

Then you could be the perfect candidate that my client is searching for!

On joining their IT team, you would be a key contributing component, working alongside other technically talented individuals. You will be responsible for the technical design, development and implementation of highly scalable applications using .NET, Azure and other modern technologies, which you will adapt and tailor to the specific needs of different clients.

You would get freedom to pick your own projects and decide which areas you want to specialise in, choosing between in-house at client site development. You will need to be social and outgoing when working closely with the clients to build exact requirements and create happy customers

To succeed in this role you will need to be able to contribute as part of a team to come up with innovative solutions and improve the architecture, but also capable of taking the initiative and creatively working on your own when required. You will have great drive and critical personality needed to ensuring that the solutions produced are of as high quality as the customers expect.

* Small Consultancy company with focus creating an enjoyable and collaborative working environment
* Currently 20 people, they are looking to stay small and only grow organically to keep the culture and family feel intact
* They don't have a CEO, everyone is their own boss and can be involved in each decision as they believe it is important for people to be able to voice their own opinions so the company can keep improving
* They are a social group and do regular events as a whole company, with many different activities such as dinner and drinks, darts, climbing, cooking courses and trips abroad
* They also have a sister company who is creating a mobile app, which consultants can work on when they aren't on assignment
* The company will also fund training courses and certifications and like when people take initiative to keep expanding their skillsets

The key skills/experience for the role include:

* 3 + years experience with .NET and C#
* SQL, Azure and React are also beneficial
* Professional level Swedish is desireale
