Head of Marketing & Technology, Marlow, £75,000, Renewable energy consultancy and solutions, Dynamics 365 CE implementation, Progression to director level

A Marlow based renewable energy consultancy and solution provider are looking for a Head of Marketing and Technology to join their growing business. This is a new role created due to continued growth, the role is offering £75,000 and requires 3 days on site per week in Marlow.

They have recently implemented Dynamics 365 CE with a team of both perm and contract staff rolling out and tailoring the platform to meet business needs. You will oversee the marketing and technology offering within the business, navigating the business through a period of transition and process re-engineering. Beyond overseeing specific developments you will devise strategy with the senior leadership on both a marketing and technology front, managing internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The growth plans for this role is to progress into a director level position in the coming years and the business continues to grow.

The requirements are…

* Knowledge of Dynamics CRM / 365 CE
* Previous experience with digital service delivery and technology management
* Knowledge of change management
* Experience with business process re-engineering
* Strong communication and cross functional team leadership
