The Company:

I have recently begun working with a forward-thinking company based in Gothenburg who are looking for .NET developers to help expand their development team. They are able to leverage their considerable reputation to cherry-pick the assignments that they feel would best suit their employees, as well as according to the amount of positive impact their work will have on the world. They are able to quantify this for each assignment using their scale, the Better World index (BWi) to ensure that their work falls in line with their company values and is genuine work towards a more sustainable world.

Guided and inspired by the UN's Agenda 2030 goals for sustainability, our client focus on assignments around health and wellbeing, innovations and infrastructure, and sustainable industry, consumption and production. As well as their selecting assignments according to the positive impact they can have on the world our client pick out the most technologically exciting projects, giving their consultants not only a fantastic range of opportunities to work on, but the ability to choose.

The company has over 30 years' experience working with technologically advanced customers and as such is a well-established, widely-respected institution within their target industries. This gives them access to the wide-ranging choice of projects and assignments that has enabled them to position themselves as the sustainable tech consultancy of choice. Their customers range in size from startups to globally recognized brands, and many of the partnerships between our client and their customers are long-lasting, pointing to our client's track record of delivering on the projects they are awarded.

The Role:

This is an opportunity for developers with a passion for trying out new technologies as our client do not pigeon-hole consultants into assignments with certain technologies. Naturally, our client cannot define a tech stack for applicants without knowing which projects you'll be working on, but typical technologies you are likely to encounter on top of your specialism include: Visual Studio, SQL, Azure, .NETCore, Microservices, React, Javascript frameworks, IoT, AI, ML, DevOps and Kubernetes.

Your personal development will be supplemented by opportunities to go on courses, training and more - our client has a huge budget for this. A warm culture has been fostered at our client's office as outlined by their employee satisfaction. The workforce is made up of people who are capable of thinking outside the box, while ensuring the highest level of code and best practices across the board.

To apply for this position, send your CV via this portal or email it to e.clark@nigelfrank.com Alternatively, you can reach out to Ed Clark on LinkedIn to learn more regarding this position or others which are available at Nigel Frank.
