The role:
In this role you would be joining their Technology department, and be responsible for leading their ETL and Data Engineering Teams - the role is a real mix of data architecture, data strategy and technical delivery, so we are looking for someone with a hands-on technical background, who has since moved into leadership roles.

The responsibilities of the role are very broad, with lots of scope for the individual to redefine this as they scale up. General responsibilities will include: line management, internal processes, data architecture, and providing leadership and guidance to the team. This is a real growth role, where you will also support overall data strategy and roadmap definition, organisational structure and recruitment, and be an advocate for data culture and best-practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their experience on global programs, with a strong delivery-driven and organisational mindset.
Requirements:
* Significant experience leading on data change programmes - looking at data architecture, and transforming legacy systems to modern ones
* Hands-on technical background, and experience working with various data and integration product suites
* Experience leading technical teams
* Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Clear passion and enthusiasm for your work
Benefits:
* Salary of up to 85,0000 depending on experience
* Excellent flexible working options
